Factually wrong. Everyone knows that the Persians were marching to support Grouchy at Wavre but took a wrong turn somewhere in the Causacus.

To answer my own question, Khurasan do in 15mm. No idea if they have ottoman dildos in their range though.

I think that's a scratch build item. Of course, you might not be looking at the right manufacturers.
