Nah, it's a devolved issue. Welsh Government nationalised the trains a year ago and then completely failed to fund them.

There is nothing that man won't buy and sell. Make sure you have a pre emptive in the event of sale to a third party.

Is that because they forgot that they aren't the Scots and hence have no money-raising powers?
