I’ve decided that I need more discipline in my painting schedule. Stopping the show games has led to a wildly ‘dancing butterfly with the shakes’ approach in the past year and that must stop
Monthly targets are the way forward. So this month I will be painting Victorian civilians and Capetian knights. And I will do a little bit each day. And I will
not deviate!

I'm committing to 20-30 mins painting every day this month. And I'll be doing a kanban!

I’m doing Early’s division for Gettysburg in 15mm.
Flowing quite nicely at the moment. Two brigades done, two and a battery to do.
The tide will turn and it’ll be like pulling teeth later.

I got tempted by those nice pictures and AARs on Victorian Gothic on LAF, dug out some old Foundry Victorians I acquired decades back and put an order in for Highgate Minis Vampires. I’ve got enough cemetery stuff for a nice little 4x4 based on Carlton Hill and I’ve been reading Fistful of Lead Horror supplement. Oh, and Paul gave me a couple of Mantic’s werewolves. Yeah, it’s a new period but it doesn’t need many figures, I’ve got must of the scenery lying around in the plastic/MDF pile and it won’t distract me too much. Will it?
I can handle it.
