On my workbench are 10 custom made sabots for my unusual basing for my pikemen. Towerr drill and mdf and much swearing.

On my work bench, three cheapo army trucks, having Milliput added to sort out the profile of their tyres.
These could well end up being jump off points for my Brits in Malaya.

I'm also going to insert a wooden block into the chassis, it will give it more weight, and hopefully help with the rigidity so the flexing doesn't crack the paintwork. I've also tarted them up with stowage and a searchlight for one. very happy with these.
And sorry to be tedious, not the Emergency. These are going to be the platoon transport for 2nd Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders Dec 41.

Not tedious at all, merely accurate. I don’t know why I assumed the ‘Emergency’.
Or ‘Opportunity’ depending on perspective
