May to December - wasn't that a sitcom?
Hold fast on booking your dates (for those who have to) there's some delicate negotiations going on at the moment with other Hall users, the date might alter to a week before or after. I'll let you all know soonest.
My humble apologies, when Mark and I thrashed out a date I was so excited I posted prematurely it seems. But we are working to correct and sort this, please bear with us.

Right then. Talk about herding cats, herding wandering zombies would be easier. Actually, much easier, and more entertaining.
Anyways, a four day dodah is out the window, I'm afraid, because other groups use the hall on a regular basis, and quite a lot are booked in on Thursdays, Mondays & Tuesdays, also some weekend wedding bashes, booked far in advance. Good for the Hall, not much use to us.
So here's a new weekend, for your due consideration. It's the best I can do, and I hope it fits in with you all... Friday 12th November - Sunday 14th November, from 1pm on the Friday, til whenever on the Sunday.
Post up & advise if it suits you, and I'll book it up. Thanks.

OK for me, but we need to get as many there as possible so this already looks like a problem weekend based on previous responses.

What about the second lot of November dates? I know I said I'd prefer the earlier, but it would be nice to have this, so I'll go with the flow.

Good for me, but I've got a note in me diary that there's a game in Framlingham the weekend before.
I'll get me coat.
Thank you Mr P. You're doing a splendid job.
I'm wondering if this would be a good time to again raise the possibility of using a hotel's conference facilities for a long weekend game? The Lodge isn't answering calls at the moment, and in any case I think they only have the lounge area opposite the reception, but somewhere else oop narth perhaps?

Yes indeed. That was my first thought with the Lodge.

I think Mark has looked into that, and the costings were proving to be a tad prohibitive.
