Having brought the foot contingent of the Swans up to a brigade it was time to do the mounted as well. When I re-jigged the forces last year to make cavalry 12 figures inc. command it left me with 5 spare figures from the lancers and dragoons. I've had them sat on the side for months and months with no idea what to do with them but while sorting my C18th stuff recently I found a few more of the RSM dragoon figures and some suitable command to be able to make up the 12 needed. I didn't have any of the RSM horses but did have some of the Fife and Drum ones that Jim P did as a 'match' for the RSM. They are slightly bigger but I put a thin strip under the RSM ones to raise them up and mixed in they look fine.

I wanted to differentiate the unit from the others so picked out some bits in red and then added red tassles to the flag.
