Could probably do Dec 17th as well, although driving north of the wall when winter is coming might be risky
Sorry about this, but it would appear that 22nd and 29th October are no longer possible, so basically I can manage November and December

Thanking you for replies on here & by PM too. By numbers then, the mostest can do the weekend of 26/11/21. Apologies to Mark from Ilkley as you said this was the most problematic for you, but this is the only weekend that everyone else can do.
I'll book the hall on that basis, from 1pm on the Friday 26th until 6pm on the Sunday 28th.
Appreciate we were wanting a four day event, so this may of course change to include the day before & after at a different location, if one becomes available, but at least we have this as a backstop.
