Sorry, explanation for those who don't know Canberra. Some time back, the US decided to gift the people of Australia a memorial; consisting of a 73m column with a US eagle on top. This prominent erection is visible from many parts of Canberra, being taller than just about anything else other than Black Mountain.

The good folk of Canberra have always thought it a crass piece of American egotism, and dubbed it the 'Chook (chicken) on a stick'

Finished a batch of dungeon corridors. Run out of brown paint now. That huge tube that arrived last week would have been more useful if I’d actually ordered Raw Umber instead of Burnt Umber.....

Burnt umber is a sort of red brown. Raw is more like chocolate brown. I now know this.....
