Move, change, and shoot? Nah, not in the same turn they didn't. Those French Nancyboys moved & changed, then shot in the next movement phase, if that's whst you were thinking. Then they ran away too.

Actually, I think casualties in other units meant they had "moved" to the front by that stage.
