Actually, and this may surprise you, but the shiny 18thC will be six figures on standard 45mm square textured bases. The Napoleonics will be old school like what Mark is doing with his 20mils. No rounded corners or nuffing like that.tim.w wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2019 9:46 pmI hardly dare ask but.. basing?Essex Boy wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2019 5:36 pmI'm doing 18thC 25mm Minifigs for Ayton 2020, and 25mm Napoleonics just for fun. They'll all be old school glossed.tim.w wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2019 4:50 pm
Well, I have a couple of units of 42mm Shiny AWI, with some injuns. The plan was to side game a shiny AWI to compliment the big game. However, having seen the price rise on Irregulars 42's (I'm blaming Howard) I've since been looking at Hinchliffe 25's and Cran Tara's figures, I know Graham so might have a catch up next time I see him at a show. Hinchliffe are 90p a figure, which is reasonable enough. Still all to decide upon. If I go with 25's it would be with a view to joining in the big game.

Question is: do we want the old bonkers basing one back, or should we keep the sensible pod creature?
