I can see a lot of budget airlines having accidents because the crews don't factor Norm's "lead mules" into the all up weight.
Here's a tip, if you load the aircraft from the back and the nosewheel starts to lift off the tarmac de-plane the passengers who can't seem to sit comfortably.

If you're going to use a vacuum cleaner to fill cavities it should be set to "Blow". That's pretty much what the guys who did our wall used.
