Proper basing that, Purps. A little nibble here, alittle nibble there. It all enhances the effect. And less weight.

I didn't know Confederate skirmishers were so big. Why are they in the back?

Redneck sharpshooters are all 9-foot tall supermen, surely you knew that?!

Re the bases - I started clipping the corners of my WW2 & modern bases about ten years ago. I can't remember why I started, but I like it - it looks a little less incongruous than square corners on terrain and also helps them sit in model trenches, etc, a little more easily. It also reduces the wear and tear on the base-corners.

Last update based on the deadline.

Since my last tally, all in 6mm:
66x cavalry (Pr v Pruessen Cuirassier)
4x artillerists + gun
48x infantry (Prussian Fusiliers & Jaegers - pix to follow tomorrow) *added
1x 6mm building (are we doing points for structures?)

Some for the VBCW game. PC McGarry number 452, that little tyke Alfie Timmins and two versions of Mme Deveraux. Who is that rum looking cove between them? Could he be the mysterious Agent X of MI5, perhaps he's the notorious Filey Flasher. or maybe it's "Grabber" Crabtree, the feared games master at Ayton College?
