I'm busy assembling (yet more!) Victrix Republican Velites and Italian Auxilia in preparation for Infamy. I still need to find a source for ferrous pennies though. I managed to scrounge 70 odd, and it's not going to be enough.

What pennies do you need?
I've been rebasing. Again. My 30mm S/Smith 19thC, redone to AGW bases. Look quite nice too. So far, 5 Btn of line, 2 Guard, 2 militia, 5 Co of lights. A mere 20 cavalry & oodles of guns to go.

Post 1992 British 1p pieces, I use them for basing anything pre-WW2, then sabot bases with magnet slots. I usually just pop into a bank branch, but that has become extremely tricky, and considered 'non-essential' (I beg to differ!)
The WW2 stuff goes on 2p bases, no sabot, but I put magnetic sheet down in really useful 4 litre boxes and it keeps them organised.

Finished the 6mm 'Melblom's Horse' for Per's Imaginations Charity project. Not as nice as Priapus' of course, but workmanlike. The colours got a bit washed out in this picture I'm afraid. A couple more on the blog as always.
