No. My recent research indicates the Waffen SS in NWE were actually quite poor soldiers. The rules themselves don't have "modifiers" anyway.

Never gain traction, if the SS are not supermen and 5,000 tiger tank battalions not allowed 9/10th of the ww2 market will not touch them.

I have subsequently ordered about 80 odd Musketeers and about 30 odd Grenadier command/drummer types so Its now morphed into a situation whee I can put together 4 x 32 Musketeer battalions and 4 x 32 Converged grenadier battalions
Result

Oh and in future I promise not to rush to get an order completed on line whilst pissed
