I have gone for the Western theatre rather than the campaigns in the East. I have made the bases lighter with a touch of red in an effort to look like Georgia. The picture below shows the battle of Kennesaw Mountain .

They are Blaze Away figures. Very nice little chaps with well defined features make them easier to paint.

These chaps are slightly taller than other 10mm ACW ranges but nowhere near as big as the Kallistra range.

And Lancashire have another sale on, making them very cheap.

I've lost focus recently but I am trying to finish all these:

• 15 mm medieval Russian light horse (Roundway)
• 15 mm War of the Roses men at arms (Roundway)
• 15 mm 13th century feudal knights (Gladiator - commission)
• 15 mm ACW Confederates (Warrior)
• 15 mm medieval Russian command vignette (Roundway/Essex/Mirliton)

All are well advanced I just need to stick to one thing and this list will shrink quickly.

I must confess I thought they were 15/20mm, they are so well painted and detailed.

Anyone got any idea as to how the gun team (far left) got over that felled tree trunk?
