I confess to being incredibly tempted by the Barons' Wars KS, but resisted manfully. I was going to say I hadn't bought a figure since lockdown, and then remembered a sneaky 10 Celtic cavalry, and I have some bids in on Newline Celtic Warriors. Inevitably I will get sniped on all but the smallest lot, and end up paying £4 for a single, plus £5 for postage. Ho hum.

The figures are gorgeous, but I have too many projects on the go and I’m really starting to run out of space for storage for both painted and unpainted figures

I've managed to resist the whole Baron thing. Lovely figures but not my period... I can also say with confidence that since the lock down I've not bought a single figure...
I've managed to duck that temptation too - thought I could always justify using them in Crusades but with so much on the go I'd be daft
The only figures I bought in lockdown were to correct the pissed up order I placed, still waiting for them - Aussie post takes ages at the best of times!

Just arrived today - around 40 Spencer Smiths. These are the Barry Minot designed hard plastic Connoisseur figures - AWI British light infantry. They’ve been quite well painted in their time but have lost a lot. They should make a nice simple resto project.

Would you like some more? I have a substantial amount which are never going to get done. Most have never sen a paintbrush.

An excessive number of command figures
Here's the rank and file
If it isn't raining tomorrow I'll look in the shed for the ruffians in hunting shirts.

I've just ordered my shiny birthday present. Gunners, Hussars & Froggie infantry. Most of these will form an Op Force from the Republic of La Cors.
