Re: What's on your workbench?
Some lovely 2nd Gen 15mm Renaissance Minifigs, mostly cavalry - demi-lancers and border horse - for an Elizabethan English Armada-era army. This is for an internal FoGR competition at my club, in which we are deliberately picking armies that nobody ever uses - eg Elizabethan English (Spanish are much better), French Wars of Religion Catholic (Huguenots are much better), etc. We'll be playing with our own army in game 1, then swapping with our (historical) opponent and replaying with his army in game 2. We're also considering re-visiting the competition early next year using the old Gush/WRG Renaissance rules, and possibly again using Tercio (if anyone can work them out).

I have never heard it called tufting before. But if you like a good tuft before Dissing then go for it.

Tufts are one of those things that if you went back in time to a 1970s wargamer they wouldnt have the foggiest what you were on about. Also baffle them with acrylics, MDF, pre cut bases, colour rule books and 28mm.

Are you trying to say "very distrusting" with your teeth out?
