Brilliant terrain. Looks like Norfolk, in maybe 50-60 years.

I'm too much of a gentleman.

I passed them on to Dave Thomas
I hope that you assured them that no faux were harmed in making the table.

It all looks like a massacre of Teddy bears to me.

Fortunately they couldn’t see my table from the door, I’d have been in real trouble if they had. I mean, I could take the first couple of hundred, but there are ‘fahsands of them camped all around.

Keep an eye on the thatch on the roofs of your buildings - you'd be amazed what they will eat.

Cloudy, top temp of 23, 20 mph breeze, and only a 10% chance of rain - should be an ok day in the "greenhouse". Lots of photos please!

I only remembered to take photos of the 2mm Siege of Portsmouth game which I got to play in. This was a real cracker and absolutely beautiful. The rules were simple but had loads of character. I may now be a convert to 2mm. Oh dear.

Haul was very limited. Best bit was the very generous donation of a Bristol Bulldog from that jolly nice LT that will make a nice objective for Ayton 19

Well done especially with the book, it's one of my all-time favourites. The 2mm game looked excellent, as did LT' s. My spending was very restrained, just a few bits and pieces.

I thought the show was quiet, probably the effect of having to move into August. The games were ok, but nothing really outstanding at least for me. Did enjoy wonderful retail therapy though and of course meeting friends old and new!
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

Excellent show as always:

Our terrain consultant was well satisfied:

And a narrow win for the Spanish invading forces:

Didn't get a chance to take many pics and there's a lot of outstanding games there but AlCal's game was next to us and I always learn so much from how he does his terrain:

Also the 2mm Siege of Portsmouth game was amazing, thanks for the photos Simon, and the Playmobil cowboys looked fun :D
