Great stuff!

Way too many Romans. They could use some sorting out.. And as my airbrush is out for vehicles, it's time to airbrush all these Germanic figures that have ben lurking about for ages. - I reckon with a bit of fancy airbrushing followed by flesh-wash, I could do the bulk of them in an hour or so.. undercoat Tamiya hull brown, airbrush flesh, lighten that up and mist it over the top, then flesh-wash.

Anyway, that's the theory... I'll let you know how that works out.

Why not video it to show it "coming together"?

So here's what a small german horde looks like. Undercoated black (automotive primer), airbrushed hull red, then thinned Tamiya flesh in semi zenithal spray. Yet to use the flesh wash, but reasonably happy so far. Apologies for the picture quality

and update plus flesh wash. It's not great, but has much more depth than a simple wash over flesh colour. Not bad for an hour or two.
