Which defined the point at which the Germans clearly felt they weren't beat. Apparently, if you turn their cities into doughnuts, level Berlin, partition their state into 4 and destroy their fleet and armies, they do accept that they come second.

If we ever have to do it again, it's the Morgenthau plan.

Also, they did not catch fire if you hit the fuel supply, you just faced a gun tank... if churchills had been 9"s wider in the hull (might have been 12") they would have been the best tank of the war.

The Germans got off lucky twice; the French once. I'd go for the Morgenthau plan next time. Anyone claims they didn't really lose, slow hanging on the edge of town, leave the body swinging to make the point.

Buying. Another box of Victrix Late Republican Romans to bulk out my Infamy forces. And planning a substantial purchase of the 1st Corps Ancient Germans. They are nice simple chunky figures that are easy to paint.

Now I desperately need to source some 1p coins!

Lots of square mdf bases from Warbases for Project: Beastman

Not the same as all the Newcastle and Lincolnshire based ones
