I have just taken delivery of my second paint rack, of the three tier variety, from the very lovely Rapier Miniatures......

http://www.rapierminiatures.co.uk/page/ ... Racks.html

I bought the first on a bit of a whim, but it proved so useful I decided to upgrade my paint storage. The 168 slots I now have mean I can get all the paints I'm likely to use, together with all manner of other useful stuff (tubes of glue for instance), into a relatively small area. Five minutes to assemble and glue, and five strategically placed drawing pins to allow it to spin freely, and Bob's your uncle.

It takes Vallejo size dropper bottles with room to spare, Foundry and Coat d' Arms etc. Humbrol size pots pots fit fine, but a little spacer on the lower shelf will make them easier to extract.

Highly recommended.

Nice one, let's see a pic of it in situ then...

That would make an excellent holder of stick based vegetables.
84 carrots would sit nicely in there.

You could make hanging gardens of shredded lettuce.

If you attach the dremel to the base, it’ll spin automatically for you

.....and, I wouldn't have to shake the paint bottle.

Picked up a couple of pots of Army Painter Warpaints today, thinking I would take a break from handing my cash to the evil empire. I wish I hadn't bothered, this stuff has the consistency and pigment density of those flavoured oils you get at rubbish delicatessens. Back to Citadel and Vallejo...

I think it depends on the shade because I've never had problems with Army Painter...

I'm awaiting the new War in Ireland sourcebook by League of Augsberg.

They do have to be well shaken.

I decanted them into clean bottles to check if the pigment had settled but to no avail. The inks are good but the paints are not worth using. I bought a bottle of bright red when the range came out and it was really good, not quite as opaque as citadel base or vallejo extra opaque but not far off. These are just not in the same class.
