Hi Paul, I did actually consider that, but it would need to be a lot, I suppose I've nothing to lose, if I have to redo that roof section anyway.

36 ECW pikemen - 12 bicorne, 12 first corps and 12 Warlord plastic

Hi VB, out of curiosity, with the plastic pikemen, do you replace the plastic pikes? I have a tonne of the Warlord plastics picked up at £1 a sprue, but the plastic pikes and not having a preferred 28mm ruleset has put me off doing anything with them so far.

As this is the first lot I've painted I thought I would stick with the plastic, part of the reasoning though is that I'm a lazy bugger and find any sort of converting a chore

Thanks. I was intending to replace mine, more just to ensure some sort of consistency with any other figures I might add in. I'm also a bit worried about snapping them off in play.

Also haven't figured out basing, contemplating maintaining my penny single basing and using 2x2 sabot for maximum flexibility.

And on my work bench, a brand new Photon S resin 3d printer. It's currently printing what (hopefully)will come out as the hull of a Ram Kangaroo APC in 1/56. It's very quiet, there's no smell, and I'm like a kid in a sweet shop figuring out what to print next. Always assuming this isn't just a diabolical mess...

Just a casual question, but will you be available for commissions at some point?
