Some Vallejos. I realized I wasn’t trying hard enough and only have 5 blues. Ordered the Folkstone and Medieval sets as they comprise mostly the colours I don’t have and the three I do, I’d need to replace at some point anyway.
War Elephants Victrix, from the local game store... accessories for Chain of Command from Sabotag3d, (Culvert, bombs and drinks cabinet), and another dozen Saleh Wargames Foundry EIR from Fleabay. That now gives me everything I need to add an EIR force to the Infamy roster.
And now I just need to get the paint brushes out.
Wargames dreams never die, they just get left in a box.

It would cost millions to paint Folkestone with Vallejos. Abandon this lunatic enterprise!
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

Testors dullcote, all else is heresy. You can put a layer of glosscote underneath, if you must. And it[is ok to brush gloss varnish on leater and metals afterwards.
I have some Testors Dullcote brush on varnish. When I tried a test figure I found that it lifted the paint.
I've called a ceasefire on not buying stuff and spent no small amount of money at the Empress website. The USMC radio sets are just brilliant, after a rough few days/nights and staying in when all my mates are having fun running I needed to treat myself.
The new Franco-Prussian War uniforms an equipment set - two volumes, eye wateringly expensive, but beautifully cases and presented, in the sale, and essential.
