I've been messing about with the SYW-ish German rural buildings from Warbases. A basic paint job plus tiles/shingles from Oshiro and a teddy bear fur thatched roof on the large barn. The fences are resin pieces. I added pretty much everything suitable for the SYW just for fun. As ever, more on the blog for the interested viewer.

You've been busy, mate. I liked seeing Jung Zastrow on parade, but that farm yard is really nice.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?

Looks great, I'm looking forward to next week when I have a week off and can catch up with all my favourite blogs, I've hardly had a minute to spare of late

Finished these at the weekend, a battery of Hanoverian artillery. Figures and pieces from Front Rank; actually British artillery crew in their lists as no Hanoverian equivalent so they have to suffice. Not painted much this week though, laid low by a chest infection.

Always had a soft spot for Hanoverian artillery - none of that "dark-blue-faced-red-just-like-every-other-artillery-arm" nonsense, but a splendid "dragoon blue"! Nicely done, Mr P.
