I agree its a really nice figure superbly painted but that blue's a bit bluishly blue blue whereas a smoky pinkish blue with a hint of yellow blue and a medium grey blue tint might have worked better

Yeah. Though to simplify things I might just slap a blue wash over the whole thing.

You could just paint it black and call it 'British Passport Blue'.
