Epping Forest. More bodies buried there than Highgate Cemetery.

Bit awkward round here, the park opposite is the old toxic waste dump, so no digging there. Weights and the river seem possible. No pigs, sadly.

Even that isn't foolproof!

The vagaries of Air B&B gave us a few palpitations. The place we stayed in Oct wasn't showing any availability and some of the others looked reasonable but loaded extra fees on top. A couple of emails to the owner have reserved us the one we had.

Gentlemen:-
With regard to a meet up in the Duchy of Framlingham this year, so far I have EB, Simon, Peeler, Buff and me attending, plus the promise of a visit at some point from Gary P. Which is a pretty low number as far as the costs go. Surely some more of you are interested or prepared to make the effort. Simon has proposed that we play a Shiny Toy Soldier 42 mm game, there are plenty of troops available. I have suggested that rather than eke that out over two days I would be more than happy to arrange something different for the second day. At the moment I am thinking of a 54 mm Wild West extravaganza (well, more a largeish skirmish game but I have quite a few figures for that, and am prepared to scratchbuild some buildings etc.) or possibly if there is no interest in that, I could offer a 54 mm WWII action, using my Normandy village and the US and German forces I have available, and there would be tanks.
So my questions are: is anybody else joining us, and what are thoughts on the game menu. Thanks.

Dave nicked my room at the B&B so he must be going..........unless he's just visiting the landlady?
Happy to do whatever, but if 'something else' on the Sunday then I vote for Wild West.
