Fantastic, especially the guy cocking his pistol! The wench looks like she's seen better days though, maybe had some C18th facial reconstruction!

It was a work related accident involving a naked flame.

The lady's nasal hair caught light, and the landlord put the fire out with a spade!

Fantastic painting job on the gentlemen's faces, not too sure about the wench. No cosmetics would help.
