Friction power for the win!
Approach the table....
Place your vehicle....
GRAB IT AND RUB IT FURIOUSLY BACK AND FORTH ON THE TABLETOP DRAGGING THE CLOTH UP AND KNOCKING EVERYBODYS FIGURES OVER!
Then release your vehicle, and witness the almost magical sight of it trundling forward for, ooh, maybe a foot or so, UNDER ITS OWN POWER!
Truly we live in an age of wonders.
I'm desperately hoping
vehicle isn't a euphemism...

Under certain circumstances, the term ‘friction powered’ is not entirely inaccurate...

Sorry I've been off grid, had a lot of kendo to do. Had the top guy from Japan staying over at our house all last week.
Back on it now, received some of the forces so will start to write up the lists etc.
Annoyingly my order from Under Fire Miniatures is taking its time?

Well, you have the top Kendo guy in Japan staying with you - send him round.

My Under Fire order turned up today, no kendo needed. I think some of the new 28mm figures are having to be re-done so there might be a backlog, some of the Russians I ordered are 'to follow' but that's ok, I can start on my Bongolese.
Buff, can you send me your army lists? I've got Tim H's more or less so I think I'm nearly there, they can be tweaked/added to of course but I really need to know what factions are likely to be turning up so as to start making the narrative and building the scenarios around that.
Also, can people pm me what buildings/scenery they can bring? Generally I think we'll be ok for most buildings but it will help to have plenty of extra bits, barricades etc. Civilian vehicles too!
I'll soon start a separate thread that will begin introducing the story/factions.
