I went over to Scarborough yesterday for a game of DBACW using Alex's plastic ACW figures.
In DBACW each element is a regiment or a battery of guns and formations are brigades. The rules play differently to DBN with a greater emphasis on Brigade commanders to recover shaken units and keep units formed within 300 paces command range.
We played an 1863 meeting engagement with 30 point armies. It was a close game but the rebels had the advantage when we finished.
