Unfortunately, you've lost a sale. I go to login, it tells me my password is incorrect. I try several variation. Eventually I select the 'lost password' option. I am sent another password. I use that, and it tells me the Password is incorrect.

Apologies for the trouble there, it sounds like the account might not have been activated when you first registered, so the reset password won't work? We find the activation emails sometimes end up in Spam folders, which is frustrating for everyone! Can you drop me an email and I'll get this sorted for you?

After the sales and feedback on our recent 28mm Sci-Fi releases, we've added a couple of extra products to the range, with a guard tower and compound now available! The tower is 225mm tall with a removable roof and internal floor sections as well. The compound is a rather large 460x320mm and comes in several sections, with the walls being 65mm high.

The activation emails a year ago were in the spam folder but I fixed that then when I did some small minibits orders for red vector walls etc.

So I thought I had an activated account, but I can't log in, even with the reset password. Don't worry about it.

I'm not quite sure what's happening there I'm afraid, sounds like a bug in the system somewhere as everything seems to be working OK at the moment. If you can drop me an email with your username I can have a look at it for you? Better to get it sorted if we can in case it affects anyone else.

Next up on the RedVectors side of things we've got a handful of buildings for WWII games. While these are primarily Eastern Front style they could easily serve in other areas and periods, basically anywhere you'll find wooden huts! We already had these available in 15mm and 20mm options, so now they're here for 28mm as well!
