I am very tempted by that one, does it have the pics of his lovely flats armies?
Not really, there are more olde photograms in Don Featherstones first book. Which uses flats in the Ancient Battle section. The front cover depicts an Egyptianesque type army but Tony Bath's rules are more medieval, though they'd cover anything pre-gunpowder really.

It's been a long time - for which I apologise. You've all been locked down with your little men for months now so I'm assuming we need a Kanban update. Send me your news!

Swanky and Smug for Stage 1 of the Carthaginians. Painting Hell for Stage 2. Around 80 infantry and 24 cavalry and they are done.

I'm definitely in painting hell with the Trojans. 5 chariots and 40 infantry done so far, just awaiting a return of the basing mojo

My Macadamians/ Successors are wanky and smug, I'm afraid. I can always add more, but effectively, they're now done!

Can you add my Seljuk Turks to painting hell?
Has anyone seen that Clash of Spears is finally out and available from Northstar? I've waited about 2 years for it to come out, trying not to buy more rules at the minute though.

Some progress at last. First figures based - 2 chariots and 8 'warriors and heroes'. I might actually get some more basing finished this week
