Very nice Purps, they'll make excellent targets.
Are the flags upside down on purpose this time?
;)

AFV maintenance and operation is a vital skill for a well-bred young gel in Mosely's Britain.

You're not confusing him with Pudsey are you?

Mind you, that's probably the first SYW unit we've had on here without a single Valleyboy ancestor in it.

Very nice Purple.

ECW infantry painted. Next up is 'ancillary stuff' like bases to prep before I get on with pikes and flag poles to prime and paint.

Looks like I'll be doing some rebasing. I've decided for my Trojan Rampant army to base them using the 1-2-3 ratio. Talking to Paul (Sunday night I think?) one way of cutting down on the time taken to move your figures is to base a unit (say 12 man) with two lots of three figures on a base, two lots of two figures on a base and two figures based individually.

I've gone for rectangular rather than circular bases. MAybe I might change my mind again and do circular - but hey ho!

Excellent!
I'll be looking at my Trojans once i've sorted out the War room, as i'm building some storage and getting a new desk.
1,2,3 basing is my preferred option for basing as it allows for a bit more scenic basing.

I guess the circular ones would be even better for scenicness - if thats a word.

I might base the "heros" on 25mm circular bases. Every unit will be commanded by one.

I was going to do 28mm Trojans, using the TFL Dux adaption from one of the recent specials. But the figures, Redoubt are ok, and Foundry are nice sculpts but awful castings.

Doing it in 6mm instead!
