Thanks - I'm not a fan of using Vallejo (as opposed to admiring the finish you can get from them) because of the dropper bottles, which I don't find easy to work with. However, other paint ranges (eg Foundry) are available.....

I know what you mean about dropper bottles but I solved the "massive squirt" problem (ooh err missus) by adding steel beads to troublesome paints and using my version of a wet palette.
