I would suggest you sit as far away from Peeler as possible if you want the chance to actually eat that pie.

The Den has asked for this to make it quicker to prepare for us, though there is also a specials board if you prefer to choose on the night, you may just have to wait 20 minutes or so. Starters & puddings can be chosen at the time.

Andy has reminded me that the veggie option in the chippy was pretty dire last year, and worse for vegans (not that anyone cares about vegans). Nevertheless, if Andy can't sort out something vaguely appetising on the Saturday I will join forces with him in a small but perfectly formed breakaway sub group.....and possibly eat at the Denison or the hotel or the petrol station.
