Pick up people who look less likely than others to puke & piss in their car I suppose.
There is some old law I vaguely recall about taxi drivers being able to refuse people they suspect to be diseased. And zombies too, they can definitely refuse them.

It would be funny if the law was actually "being able to refuse people they suspect to be deceased".
