Last night I was speculating that Warrior Miniatures might be the oldest wargame figure company currently going thats still under original ownership. Am I right ? Any other contenders ? Dixon ? GHQ ?

Prince August, founded by Lars Edman in 1976 & still under his ownership.

Although according to lost minis workshop Warrior were founded 1973

That was early in my wargaming years. Funny to think that there are no proprietors who have been in their companies longer than I have been wargaming.

Well, it looks like Warrior might be the elder statesmen then. Everything else of that era I can think of has changed hands.
