It's the 1st of November which means there are only 30 more shopping days to...... DWARFCEMBER

I know, I know the excitement is too much to bear.

The rules are simple and can be as loosely interpreted as you want. It's like Goblin Week but you get a month. How amazing is that ?

In December you get to paint the Dwarves of your choice. How many is up to you. You can have a lonesome little lad, a duo of diminutive diddymen, a militia of midgets or a horde of half-pints. The stunt's the limit !

Figures can be prepped and undercoated in advance. You don't have to complete basing by the end of December, but since Christmas is going to be shit this year then what else do you have to do ?

Any scale, any definition of Dwarf. The answer is of course about 4'

Post your dreams, plans, kanbans and WIP pics in this thread. Elves not welcome.

I've just finished my test unit. The plan for Dwarfcember is to do 4 more units for Dragon Rampant. I'm hoping for 1 lot each of heavy riders, heavy foot, archers and light foot.

Only if you're trying to seduce them. Beer works best but you'll need industrial quantities of it.

You've upset him now - he's left the building.

I'm setting the target low at 1-6 x 28mm dwarves, although I have to find some that are the happy medium of "Interesting sculpts, but not too nice so that my myopic daubs don't ruin the sculptors work" :D
I might slip in some 15mm as well if I need more shortness.

I have some heavily armoured old Chronopia dwarves available if anyone wants them.
