I was looking at some of the Dwarves I have and thinking. "How the F*** do I get these onto a 20mm square base for WFB or KoW"

Yeh. One of these dwarves is 25mm, the other “28mm” and therefore compatible.... in theory

Look, this is embarrassing

3000 BC. Hittites to be done to finish the Bronze Age. DBA/M

50 BC Romans, - last few for Infamy, Infamy.

900. Vikings/Saxons. 80% done. Lion Rampant - Can suit DR as generic barbarian.

1050. Norman's in Italy - 6 DBA armies worth, might re-base to sabot, useable as DR. Might expand into Crusades. And have you seen those Victrix Normans :o

1215 1st Barons War - Royal, Rebel, French and Welsh - LR (ok it’s bare metal but I want to start it next year. Honest. No, really)

1260 Italy. ‘The Divine Comedy’. 40% done. LR

1260 England. Needs mounted knights. Lion Rampant.

1356. England and France. To be done, but mostly undercoated. Can make use of 1260.

1470. England. Lancastrians to finish. ‘These Bloody Days Again’ SP variant/Billhooks/FFoL

1544 England & France - 50% done. Pikeman’s Lament variation.

1588. England and Spain - mostly done, needs some horse. Pikeman’s Lament variation.

1640 English (and Scots). 25% done, Pikeman’s Lament.

1702-14. France and England - quite a lot to do but figures brought and 25% done.

1745. Scotland and England - Jacobites done, needs more English. Sharp Practice.

1775 America. Rebels mostly done, English bought, Sharp Practice.

1814. France and Prussia. 50% done. SP.

1830. Texas and Mexico - mostly complete, just fancies to add. SP.

1857. Britain and India - 75% done but lots more bare lead. SP

1860. Italy and Hapsburgs - mostly complete, just fancies to add. SP.

1862. ACW 15mm. F&F.

1864 Victorian Horror - 25% done. FFoL.

1914. Germany and France - 50% done. Mud and Blood.

1920. Germany - figures bought. Terrain needs resolving. But I’ve worked out how to do the roads :D Probably CoC or T&T.

1922 Russia - virtually complete, could add a cavalry unit for both sides. Triumph and Tragedy, Mud and Blood.

1936. VBCW - mostly ready, but needs completion. CoC or T&T.

1938. Czech and German - figures bought -Germans need completing to drive the next few projects. All CoC.

1939. Poland - figures bought. Ok, it’s lead pile. But it’s very easy lead pile (if I get the Germans done).

1940. Britain - Sealion, 50% done.

1940. 20mm. Britain, Germany, France - done, but Current forces need updating to CoC - aim for two platoons each for British, German and French + supports. Terrain needs to rebuilt to small town/village scale - existing small plastics and EWM resin? Elledin roads? City plastics to be sold off? Questions, questions, questions.

1942. 20mm. Germany and Russia. Mostly done, terrain and tanks needs finishing.

1944. 20mm. Germany and Russia. Mostly done, tanks needed. Might sell.

1944. Britain and Germany - do to CoC level. Part done. Might sell.

1970. Modern Horror/British -lead pile to do. But honest, it’s not much, a month could do it.

2000. Modern Horror/American - lead pile to do. Two months could do it. Ok, three. Tops.

2060. Mars - figures bought, terrain partly assembled, needs a decision on size: big, very big or usual?

Fantasy - Orcs - can field good DR army, lots more to do.
Short stuff- 50% done - finish rest in December
Undead - some figures bought
Conan - terrain done but figures to do.

Yes, I was aiming for immortality. Why d’ya ask?
I get lockdown, but I get up again.
