Hmm, very nice too. Do they come unpainted as well?

Nope they only do pre-printed/painted in 18mm or 28mm.

They are very clever and I imagine in a few years they'll be very common. I'm not sure I prefer these over the cut out paper figures though.

They have a very pleasing sort of "pop-up story book" way about them, which I suspect would make them a superb first army for any youngster starting off in the hobby. The individual figures also seem quite thick (or deep, if you prefer) which, to my mind at least, adds something to the aesthetic by preventing them from simply "disappearing" when you view them from the sides.

plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose - it's back to flats. And very attractive they look too.

But I am primarily an aesthetics gamer. (Others may question this, having seen some of my painting efforts.) And people are 3D, so for now, I will stick with 'rounds'.

Hmm, that's a thought - are they the modern day flats.

I want to buy some more of these figures but because we are out of the EU import charges VAT, duty, Post Office handling may now apply. I have sent an email to Wofun Miniatures asking them about prices and delivery charges I await reply.

Where are the buildings from?
