We're fighting the SYW battle of Reichenberg on Sunday.

Given the current hectic-level at work, I'm happy that every figure & piece of necessary terrain has been completed weeks ago - unlike my usual frantic activity just before 'kick-off'.

Indeed, I'll offer advice to myself & suggest such a level of preparation might be great for every game.

What pearls of wisdom would you offer for the pre-game period in order to make the game run smoothly?

If I'm going to an all-day game I take some lovely comfy slippers.

Double check you have everything you need at least a day in advance...then have some more Gin/Scotch/Fine Wine/Creme de Menthe/Meths/Lighter Fluid/Malibu.
