I want to have a few toys to bring along to the Shiny game in November so have just ordered an exploratory 3 units of Shiny Foot and a mounted Officer from Spencer Smith, first time I have ordered so hopefully the right number of arms and heads will turn up

Did it the old fashioned way with an order form and cheque ( I backed away from trying to get a postal order from the post office ). There is no rush but does anyone know roughly what the turn around time is for orders as this is my first ?

Peter is pretty good. He casts up once he gets the order and cheque. Bear in mind he is a one man band and he is not a spring heeled youngster anymore. A couple of weeks should (I say should) see you right. If you do have any shortfall in arms, I have a few spares, mostly shouldered rifles and some at the trail.

Yeh ditto I’ve always found him pretty good , though it is worth checking you get all the right heads in the pack !

Something tells me Peter would have loved to get a postal order !

Thanks, I am in no hurry, it's nice to know roughly how long an order might take. Thanks for the offer of "bits", hopefully my toys will be whole !!

Or some coins, in shillings & pence! Peter usually does a good turnaround, unless he's away for a while. I usually email the order, then post a copy with the cheque. I'm sure one time I got the order within two/three days before he'd cashed the cheque in. If you include your phone no, he'll ring you if you've got the head & arms mix wrong.

He's been waiting for a 10 shilling postal order from Mater ever since 2nd Form...
