With lockdown eased, I've finally managed to get some games in. My first post-lockdown game was a playtest of a scenario for the Battle of Lobositz 1756 and I also had some rules that I wanted to try out.

The scenario: http://www.jemimafawr.co.uk/2021/06/28/ ... -of-shako/

The game: http://www.jemimafawr.co.uk/2021/07/20/ ... -playtest/

Apart from the weird-shaped, one-eyed cat in the middle of the table, it all looks very impressive.

(Seriously, if you're going to get your pets into the shot, make them look half-presentable.)

This looks really good. Great to see plenty of units represented. I like a bathtubbed game too, but sometimes historical refights benefit from the granularity.

Ta VB! :moredrink:

The next one will hopefully be a better game, but it served the purpose of thrashing the rules out.
