....as opposed to wagon bitter.
At any rate, I decided my Goth/Hun?/Sarmatian horde needed a wagon lager to....well drink in, I'd imagine.
I fortunately found a pile of suitable sturdy wheels in the Bits Box so I started scratch building three.
I've based these three....& found some medieval wagons that might be usefully added to the lager.
I have enough wheels to scratch build another three vehicles. I can add pleshed fences I have and this should make an adequate barbarian camp.

I got a friend (Timmo, whom some of you know) to make me a decal for a multi-barrel wagon to go with my Napoloenic and WSS period Bavarian armies that read
"Bad Neuss Biers. Prop(rietor) W. Matthau."

It took me a few seconds to get that but definitely one of the wittiest.
I had a long discussion on another forum I infest (Bennos) about the accuracy of solid wheels for the period. The expert opinion was to not underestimate the ability of craftsmen of the era, so I used spoked wheels, albeit rather large & clumsy.
Experts.....next they'll tell me the roller wheels on Fred Flintstone's car aren't accurate!

Poor research from Hanna Barabara productions. In the real world they would just be stone discs on a wooden or brontosaurus bone axel. The clothes aren't authetic either. Shakes head.
