I'd completely forgot about it but just seen a reminder on faceybee. Doubt I'll get the necessary permissions but might try and sneak off for the morning.

Having looked at the plan I dont think I'd miss much either way. I'd only be going for a browse through Dave Lanchesters books.

How shit must his vet be that (s)he hasn't sorted that out yet, after 36 years (and many millions of pounds)?

Almost no chance of Saturday so looks like I'll do some internet shopping instead.
