More Late Antiquity stuff

Not so much new units as completed units. I've added command figures to both cataphracts & Huns.
They're Tumbling Dice figures of course.
Dismounted Huns.
Armoured might of the Late Romans.

"Quity" is obviously (to the meanest intelligence) a colloquial expression for a 'Quiter' as in "Nobody likes a...."
Any decent human being, imbued with the Protestant Work Ethic clearly loathes and can not abide someone who doesn't give his/her all for the Cause, no matter how pfiffling or footling the Cause. It just ain't in us.
