Roman dusk- on parade

Post by ochoin »

My Late Romans are essentially finished. I have a few Gothic units to complete for my Hun-Goth army.
I thought I'd "parade" them to mark my progress. 22 units completed. They're quite a colourful lot.

Very nice.

I've got no end of projects that are 'essentially finished'...

I have no end of projects with no end.

Lovely army, Donald.

And, yet again, I have the urge to own a 1/72 army of plastic (yes, I know that much of what we see before us is metal from Tumbling Dice.

For sale: 1/72 Parliamentarian ECW army. About 200 figures, largely Revell & ACTA. Horse, Foot, guns & Command.

He will be a very lucky fellow indeed that acquires your Parliamentarian army but, sadly, it won't be me.

They look very good but I'd wager that sometime down the track you'll be adding to them....

Fellows, probably. Plural. My Ebay items sell a unit at a time, steadily but slowly. I'll start putting up the ECW army bit by bit at the end of the year.

Maybe. But my policy (since the start of COVID)of buying nothing unless I've sold two has worked so far. Any "gain" I have is going to go to Lion Rampant medievals for the foreseeable future.

Tumbling Dice - my favourite manufacturer. One reason it's relatively easy to curb buying is that TD have a fairly limited range & of the 3 periods I'm keen on (ECW, Late Antiquity, Medieval), I have nearly everything in the first two.
