41st Prussian fusilier battalion using Huzzar Miniatures.
Bought these off Iain several years ago, painted as 41st Prussian fusilier battalion using 25mm Huzzar Miniatures.
Flags by David at "Not by Appointment".
Normally I do 28 man battalion but as I have a load of grenadiers I have added an 8 man grenadier unit to this battalion, as I am going to do to all my infantry units.

Re: 41st Prussian fusilier battalion using Hussar Miniatures.
That's a rather smart unit. Well done.

Cheers Andy, they take a while to paint but they turn out nice.
Just noticed that I have not painted the drummer's drum stick holder .

They clearly went to a good home, Willz.
I think I might have some Warrior Redcoats somewhere, and the Redoubt muskets I bought to go with them. If I can find them, would you be interested?

Cheers Iain,
That's a kind offer Iain, Redoubt miniatures are too big for my taste. Though I may be interested in the Warior muskets, what you got.

We might be at cross purposes, Willz.
I bought a bunch of the Warrior marching Redcoat figures - and very nice they are too. If I still have them (a big if) you're welcome to them.
As you know, the Warrior muskets are miserable little abominations which I planned to replace with Redoubt muskets. So, if I have the Warrior figures, you'll get better muskets as well.
I'll have a look over the weekend. I think I know where the little buggers should be.

Very impressive body of chaps!
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

I read the post wrong Iain , I use redoubt miniatures muskets also. I use the warrior miniature muskets as carbines on my Spencer Smith cavalry.Essex Boy wrote: ↑Fri Oct 07, 2022 6:52 pm We might be at cross purposes, Willz.
