FWIW - second hand Osprey MAAs tend to sell for about £5 each here in the UK; larger books from other series (eg Campaigns) go for proportionately more. The same prices tend to hold good for second hand book stands at wargames shows, although they'll usually have a deal for bulk buys - eg £5 each or five for £20, something like that.
