I had several Revell limbers in the undercoated box so I got around to finishing them this week.
Lost a couple of the towing straps (they will be in another box hidden away) so I have based 6 horses
as singles. The gun crews were painted last year.

Cracking stuff, Willz - you'd never think they were plastics!

Cheers Baron, the Revell and Zvezda 18th century figures are a joy to paint.
As stated elsewhere it is a shame they never done more in their range however
Redbox and Strelets have some gap fillers.

Sorry, that wasn't meant to be a perjorative comment, nor damning with faint praise, but sometimes you see plastic figures and think "Oh, dear....." (think early Strelets), but these are definitely the terrier's testicles! Heartily endorse your comments about Revell and Zvezda (when you can get hold of the wee buggers.....)

That never entered my head baron, I took it as a compliment.

Having got these off fleabay last month I finished them today, painted in blue for use Prussian, French or British.
I have limber riders that I am painting up as French, Prussian and Austrian (for the yellow limbers).
However I will keep them loose and not glue them on the limbers.
