Zulus using Black Powder

Over the years, we've used several rule sets for fighting the Zulu wars. Generally, these have not been entirely successful for the level of play we prefer - larger games. After successfully adopting Black Powder for our big Sudan show game, we decided to return to Zululand for a big battle.
Yesterday saw a "what-if" where Rorke's Drift had fallen & the Zulus decided to invade Natal. The British-Colonial forces were to stop them - simple!
Twenty Zulu units & 4 brigades of B-Cs meant a rather large battle.
BP rose to the challenge. We'd given the rules a "colonial" tweak based on last year's Sudan games & the BP Zulu War supplement. About 3 hours of even combat before the Zulus, bowed & bloody, retired. It could have easily gone the other way.
